Meet Leilani and Team Leilani Cunningham 
Leilani Cunningham was born and raised on Oahu. Living in the islands and remembering all the wonderful places, experiences, and people that have been part of her life growing up in Hawaii means she can offer:

Always solution-oriented, Lei was drawn to the insurance industry in the late 70’s because it gave her the opportunity to counsel business professionals and help them apply risk management techniques to their practices. With more than 20 years of experience in the professional liability insurance arena as well as executive sales and marketing management, she put her specialized underwriting expertise to work for attorneys, architects and realtors throughout the State.
In 1990 Leilani left the insurance industry and became a licensed real estate agent. From there she transitioned to Consultant and Senior Manager, formalizing functional and productive departments for the companies she served. Lei’s most recent position before joining Coldwell Banker was Vice President, Executive Sales Manager for Hawaii’s largest title and escrow company.
As for her favorite past-time, it’s family. Lei and her husband Carl enjoy spending much of their time with their kids, all three of whom are very active in community sports, school activities and hula. “Being in real estate gives me the best of all possible worlds,” says Lei. “I have the flexibility to spend more time with my kids, which is so important to me. I also take great pleasure in meeting and helping people. Now I have the opportunity to provide clients – both buyers and sellers – with the very best service I possibly can, to help them find solutions to their home-buying needs.”

Kahi Dela Cruz - Buyers Representative
Kahi Dela Cruz has devoted her entire life to helping people rediscover Hawaii’s real treasure – the spirit of aloha.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Kahi was first a student of aloha and then its ambassador, traveling the world as a representative of the Hawaii Visitors Bureau, and spending five years with Hawaiian Airlines as a flight attendant. It was studying the spirit of aloha that helped Kahi develop excellent customer service as she moved through the world—she welcomed each person as an individual, with unique tastes and needs.
Kahi's main passion is Polynesian dance, in particular hula! She has travelled as far as Japan performing as a representative of Polynesian culture and has participated at Merrie Monarch, the annual "Olympics of Hula" held on the Big Island of Hawaii. Kahi is considered one of the best hula performers in Oahu and is in high demand when she can allow the time.
As a true Hawaiian girl, Kahi loves to surf and spend time at the beach! Hiking, jogging and getting physical exercise ourdoors is one of her favorite pastimes, as well as spending time with family and reading anything from Oprah's Book Club or reading up on the latest news and trends in the real estate industry.

Etsuko Morita Fields - Realtor Associate
Etsuko is a bilingual, bicultural Japanese national who was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. She worked for the United States Navy in Japan as an Intercultural Relations Program Manager for nearly a decade prior to marrying her husband Dave, an active duty military member, and moving to the United States in 1998. She has been in Hawaii since 2000.
She became a Realtor Associate after finishing Coldwell Banker's Real Estate School and New Agent Training and joined its Kahala Office in 2006. She is a Certified Military Marketing Specialist and a member of the Top Producing, Award Winning, Team Leilani.
A homeowner and veteran of many moves both in and out of the military, she brings with her an understanding of the needs and desires of both military and non-military clients.

Begin your preparation for showing your home by cleaning the windows and curtains thoroughly. Open the drapes and blinds to let the sunshine in. Even on a bright day it helps to turn on some lights in the main rooms of the house. If you are using shades or heavy drapes to eliminate a less-than-perfect view, you may want to consider replacing them with translucent curtains in a light color.
